HOW IT WORKS

We start from your process, not the tool.

We don't begin with AI. We begin with how your work actually gets done, then build the smallest system that makes it better.

THE PROCESS MAP

First we map how you actually work.

We map your real operations: what happens, who does it, where the time and the judgment live.

That map is where we find the workflows worth systematizing, and in what order.

The team

One team. No new hires.

Five roles make this work. You already hold half of them. We bring the other half, plus the governance the studio adds on top.

What you bring
  • AI Visionary

That's you. You set the why, the priorities, and the budget, and you stay out of the build.

  • Subject matter experts

You and the people who hold the real craft, the tacit know-how that defines what “good” looks like in your voice.

  • End users

The people who touch the system every day. If they don't reach for it, nothing else matters.

What we bring
  • AI Operator

Runs the CRAFT cycle. Sits with you and your experts, scopes and writes the playbooks, and stays until the team actually uses them. (Nina leads this.)

  • AI Implementer

Builds and connects the actual automation, working from the Operator's playbook so nothing gets lost in translation.

  • Governance

Keeps it safe: data protection, responsible-use guardrails, and a person in the loop where it matters.

The five core roles come from the AMP program (formerly The AI Exchange); Governance is the discipline the studio adds. You plus us, one team, no new hires.

THE CRAFT CYCLE

One workflow per two-week sprint.

Each CRAFT cycle runs over a two-week sprint and moves ONE workflow through all five stages, from map to rollout.

01

Clear Picture

We sit with you and interview you about how you actually work: your method, the exact words you use with clients, the tasks eating your time, what “good” looks like. Out of it comes a clear picture of the workflow and a draft of its AI configuration.

02

Realistic Design

We check what's actually feasible before building. Which parts are worth automating, which genuinely need you, where the system hands work back to a person. High-value and simple goes first. You sign off before anything gets built.

03

AI-ify

We build it. The configuration is finalized, the task instructions written and tested, the playbooks and skills wired together. Tested against real scenarios, not demos.

04

Feedback

You use it on real work. Feedback is triaged into major and minor; minor fixed immediately, major scoped into the next round. This is the stage most people skip, and the one that makes the difference.

05

Team Rollout

We walk through every trigger and output with you, hand over a step-by-step guide and a walkthrough video, and run a training call where the team runs it themselves. You could hand it to a new hire and they'd know how to operate it.

Pricing & flow

How we start, and what it costs.

No big opaque number. You add sprints as the value proves out.

Step one · free01
A free 30-minute call

A short intake is sent before the call, so it starts with context about your operations.

Step two · the Momentum Map02
The paid scoping

The paid extraction and scoping, the Clear Picture across your business: we map your operations, find the workflows worth building, and produce your sprint plan and quote.

Then · CRAFT sprints

Two-week sprints, one workflow per sprint, taken from map to rollout. Most engagements are 3 to 5 sprints. You add sprints as the value proves out; you're never locked into a big opaque number.
