Lidera con Fi
A leadership mentor for the contact-center floor, built around a method, not a template.

Brand identity and web design for Fiana Mora, a Costa Rican leadership mentor for the contact-center and BPO floor — someone who climbed every rung from agent to Operations Manager and now coaches new supervisors through that jump with a method instead of trial by fire. Hand-coded with Claude Code around her Método FI framework, with a dragonfly (libélula) signature mark, an indigo-on-cream system, and audience-split entry points for new supervisors and for Operations and HR.
What stands out.
The hero names the exact pain
"Te ascendieron por ser buen@. Nadie te enseñó a liderar" leads with the precise moment her audience lives, then splits into two paths — "Soy supervisor@ nuev@" and "Soy de Operaciones / RRHH" — so each visitor self-selects.
Credibility in numbers
A stat strip — 12 years on the floor, 7 rungs from agent to today, 2 BPOs (SYKES · Cognizant), and 2 certifications (PROSCI change management and Six Sigma) — puts checkable, floor-level experience up front instead of adjectives.
A named method, not just mentorship
The Método FI is a dragonfly: a body of emotional strength and influence with integrity, and four wings that run a weekly coaching cycle — metrics, one-on-ones, feedback, and follow-up. It becomes concrete offerings (a Fast-Track mentorship, a turnover-risk diagnostic for operations teams) and a public six-question self-check, “¿Qué tan fuerte está tu libélula?”, that plots your result on a radar.

Findable by AI.
- A clearly named person, role, and location (Fiana Mora, leadership mentor for the contact-center floor, Costa Rica) give an answer engine one clear entity to recommend.
- Specific, quotable credibility — 12 years on the floor, agent to Operations Manager, SYKES and Cognizant — the kind of concrete claim an AI assistant repeats instead of paraphrasing.
